When I got home, I found out that his bank did not receive his monthly check because of the Labor Day Holiday. Even though Judy was extremely busy with a long line of customers, she took care of it very quickly. This is not an isolated incident. Over the years, she has been outstanding in her response on anything that I have thrown her way. If banking was an Olympic event, she would win the Gold Medal.” 09/08
"I hadn't been to a Premier office since I moved out to the eastern plains. I came with my granddaughter, who is 10 yrs old on our way to a camping trip. While we waited for someone to help me, the woman came from the deposit booth to ask us if we wanted some water (we had forgotten water bottles for our trip, so this was great). While I was getting my new Visa printed, the woman explained that if she opened an account she would get free gifts, and a gift on her birthday, and a gift whenever she made a deposit. What a deal! And what a great way to get a young girl started on savings. She loved her gifts and feeling so grown up now that she has her own account. "I want to express my thanks and sincere gratitude to Premier and to one person in particular. Diane Stone has been the light at the end of my tunnel. My husband and I were having financial difficulties to the extreme. We were with a different financial institution at that time and the future wasn't looking good for us. I had gotten into several payday loans and having come from a state that didn't use such avenues, I really wasn't aware of what getting into those loans would do. As a side note, I will NEVER use a payday loan again. The main problem was that the institution we were with was taking all of our direct deposits every week to clear up our account, leaving us with zero dollars. After more than a month of this, I decided that since I had a savings account with Premier and I was impressed by their customer service, I would try to open a checking account. Needless to say, I was denied quickly, which didn't surprise me. It aggravated me but I knew there was no one to blame but myself. Not long after that I went into the Northglenn branch and Diane happened to be there helping out and asked me why I hadn't opened a checking account since I had been with Premier for quite awhile and had direct deposits going there. I told her I had been denied and we went to talk about my situation and in the mean time, she opened an account for me. Needless to say I was grateful and excited to say the least because then, I could finally rid myself of my current institution. During the course of the next few weeks, I ended up, by chance, meeting with Diane again and discussed a consolidation loan. I am definitely by definition, not the best person to deserve a loan but, with a willing and sincere attitude, our discussion turned to a positive note and I was on my way. She always happened to be where I needed her the most. Finalizing all of the things I needed to in order to prove that I needed to get out of my current situation was quite the task but Diane was with me every step of the way. The communication she demonstrated was beyond what I ever expected and deserved considering she didn't know me from anyone else on the street. The faith she took in me was overwhelming and I will never forget it. The people she has appointed to help me, especially Jessica Hoyle, have been tireless in their efforts to help me and make sure I am on the right track and going in the forward direction that will benefit my future. I have never known much about credit unions but judging from what I have seen so far, I would opt for one any day instead of a bank. Thank you! "I use the Premier Members Federal Credit Union service center in Firestone primarily because of it's location (I work in the same building). I have always been welcomed with a smile and quick service at the counter or through the drive thru window. Recently I was trying to make a deposit but my credit union was not up and running online, Robin at Premier called my bank to inquire as to when the system would be up and running and followed up with me by telephone. With no success that day to make my deposit she called me the following morning to let me know my credit union was up and running. When I walked in to make my deposit she was ready for me. "It was a Thursday afternoon and I deposited a check into my account at a CSU service Center bank not realizing that the money deposited would be held for 5 business days. I was expecting to have access to that money that same Saturday cause I was moving and needed to pay rent and deposit. So I called the 800 number and spoke with Kelsey I think that was her name. She was very helpful she had me call the bank that I originally deposited the check at and they faxed her over a copy of the check. At this time it was 5:45 she told me to call back and see if she had received it. She had not yet received it so she made a note to double check in the morning that she came in which was Friday. Thanks to her great customer service she was able to get the funds released and I was able to move into my new place. "About one year ago my wife and I had to get together $8000 in brand new bills in order to satisfy the Chinese officials in China who we were working with to complete our adoption of our little girl. I called the branch in Centennial and they promised it could be done with no problems. The day we went to pick up our cash all the perfect bills were ready for us. I did find out that after the fact there had been some problem in the Federal Reserve releasing all the money to Premier. Hours before we arrived one of the employees at the Centennial branch drove all the way to Boulder to insure we would have our money in time. That is dedication and getting the job done no matter what. We had no clue what went on behind the scenes but we had our money on time, in perfect condition and in the right denominations. Thanks to all at Premier who go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. Today we enjoy our little girl and it's just one of the! many cool stories that helped us along the way in adopting our child from China." 05/08

"I had an issue with a merchant ATM and didn't receive the full amount requested due to an error in the ATM. Basically I was shorted $40, however the receipt stated I received all of my funds. When I contacted PMFCU I was helped by a very nice, sincere woman who did everything she could for me, including getting my $40 back into my account. She went through a lot of trouble contacting the owner of the ATM and disputing the issue and it took quite a long time on their end. In the end, everything was resolved much to my surprise and satisfaction and I am extremely appreciative. $40 may not be al to to some people, but to me, it is. Thank you!" 03/08
"We have moved to Colorado 18 months ago. We are pretty patient people and we went with our bank that we had in Oregon. That did not work out here as there are very few of that bank here. Tried another major bank here and they put fees on everything I had in their bank. I couldn't afford to stay there. Then I met the staff at the Firestone Premier Members CU!!! They are fantastic!!! I believe they probably walk on water. They are the BEST banking staff that we have ever dealt with. Special Kudu's to Cheryl. She has become more than a bank employee to me, I feel that I have met a true friend. She is great but again I say everyone that works at the Firestone branch is super special to me. "Just a quick shout out for the great service by Matthew and Chantel at the South Longmont Branch. After receiving a fancy mailer from another local credit union, I stopped by while doing several other things on a day off. They were both very cheerful and straight forward in answering my questions and then promptly helping me move forward to refinance an existing loan and open a new savings account for my son. Chantal's follow up was fantastic and everything was ready to be signed in a few hours when I could return...not days or weeks. Matt was really helpful in answering further questions I had about some ideas for later this year. Team work like that is worth referring to everyone! "It was November 28th, I had to withdraw some money. I had two two year old toddlers with me. After my transaction, I had noticed that one of the toddlers shoe is un-tied so I sat down to tie her shoe, I set down my wallet. when I got up to go, I forgot my wallet. "I was trying to transfer some funds to a friend of mine who needed it badly, but the friend gave me an incorrect account number, namely added by mistake a couple of extra digits. I could not get a hold of my friend and was late to a meeting. The Premier teller took her time and helped me figure out what the problem was. She didn't have to do that, but she did. "I moved to from Longmont to Pueblo CO about a year ago and was very reluctant to move my accounts. I was a member of the Credit Union in Longmont for more than 35 years and familiar with the employees there. Lynn Cooper, Financial Specialist guided me through every step I needed to facilitate the transfer of my accounts. I have had a few problems on the Pueblo end since, but all I needed to do was call Lynn and she straightened everything out. In other words" She Took Care of Me!" "My wife, Pamela, died prematurely from a rare blood disease. She had a friendly relationship with the staff at the North Longmont branch. "Narcisa Dragulanescu, branch manager at the Denver branch goes well beyond what is expected or anticipated to help the customer. I have know her from the time I opened my first account in the spring of 1999 by running into her at the various branches I used throughout the years. I was elated when I found her yet again at her new branch, which is my main branch now. My son was so impressed with her as well, and with her branch that he switched his main banking to Premiers. He said he never experienced customer service like hers at any bank or any where else in his life. It reminds me of when I was young in a small town branch where everyone knew each other. "I am currently purchasing a new home and needed to have a certified check from the credit union. The staff at PMFCU was extremely pleasant, especially considering I got there at opening time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with everything I needed. I have had several problems with delayed deposits and delayed checks (not the fault of the credit union) and each and every time I have called PMFCU the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. They have even called me back to report that the problem was fixed when I didn't expect to hear from them. In this day and age, I REALLY appreciate the exceptional service. "I wanted to tell you how much my wife, Dottie, and I were helped these past few weeks by Michelle Ferrera. We closed on a patio home in Louisville yesterday and Michelle was extremely helpful to us in figuring out the best way for us to borrow money to purchase this patio home since we have not sold our current home yet. Michelle came up with a very creative (at least to us) solution – a $250K loan and a $250K HELOC. This combination was the best cost for us in that it was much less expensive than a competitive mortgage bid we had received from my realtor’s brother in California. We were impressed with Michelle’s professionalism and her sensitivity to our situation. She always had time to answer lots and lots of questions from us. She continually demonstrated superior customer service! It was so comforting to have her with us at the closing. She kept us on track and was very patient in explaining to us the importance of each of the forms. She had prepared us so well that there literally were no surprises yesterday. "I switched to Premier Members Credit Union about six months ago...and ever since have been very pleased with the service I have received! I was excited to see this form as I have been meaning to write a letter of thanks for some time now, but always seem to run out of daylight! Premier members has by far been a great move for me...I recently left another credit union in town, who shall remain nameless, for poor customer service and many mistakes...so I was kind of nervous of switching to another bank, worried I might encounter the same customer service-however you guys have been a complete 180 from my previous bank. Anytime I need assistance, I know I can count on you guys to really give me such fast and reliable service. One employee stands out in my mind- Trista( I really wish I knew her last name...but unfortunately I don't...she must be in account service through the telephone banking...I hope!) I can't express enough I am grateful for everything! me I hear Trista answer the phone when I need someone to help me out with my account!! In the past two "situations" I've had, she has really gone above and beyond to take care of me...both situations have been a mistake by my other banks, and Trista has always been the one to make it right on both ends. She communicates very well, and really pays attention to my needs. I'm finding it really hard to express how much of an asset she is and how well she has taken care of me. As an assistant manager, I know how rare it is to come across such caring employees, and you have definitely have several in your branches! Kudos to Trista and all of you at Premier Members! "Recently I was in the North Longmont Office using the ATM to make a deposit and the ATM was having some technical difficulties. My deposit envelope was taken, but I could not get any account information or make any other transactions. I went inside the office with the information I had received at the ATM and talked to some very friendly people who instantly checked my account to see what was going on. Since they could not see that s deposit was made, a call was made to see what could be done. I was assured that the error would be corrected and I would be called as soon as the problem was fixed. Since I do most of my banking online, I thought I would check my account later that day. Although I did not receive a call, my account had been credited with the deposit AND for a withdrawal that had not been processed. I was very grateful for the quick attention to my problem and for the effort put forth by the tellers and manager." - 04/07
